Recruiter Program

Recruiter agents/managers who do not write personal production will be a big part of the new “Agents' IMO”. It's OK.

The new “Agents' IMO” cannot function properly if we allow recruiter agents/managers to join with no production responsibility. This would mean no recruiter/override fees for their up line. There must be recruiter fees overrides going to your up line to make the system work, even from "no production" recruiter managers or agents.

Solution: We charge recruiter agents/managers a minimum fee that part of will be included in the income stream just as if they had written the same amount necessary business to be a "Qualifying Member".

Nominal fees.

Currently the monthly fee for recruiters is $99. From this fee A-IMO will distribute an income flow to the up line of a recruiter manager/agent just as if non producer recruiter agent/manager had written the "Qualifying Member" amount of $300.

Also, to help recruiters pay expenses and more; A-IMO will deposit $20 of this fee to the "Money for Expenses" account which gives the recruiters a chance to earn money for expenses and recovery their fees and more.
