Kace Vang, President and CEO of “the Agents' IMO”, is a nationally respected figure in the Financial Services and Insurance Industry. With over 20 years of experience, Kace has built a legacy of trust, leadership, and results. Kace launched his career with American Family Insurance as a producer and later transitioned into the independent space as a general agent, where he delivered full-scale financial needs analyses to a wide range of clients. His client-first approach not only drove rapid personal growth but also attracted a team of independent agents eager to learn from his leadership.
Recognizing his natural ability to recruit, train, and lead, Kace pivoted from personal production to building high-performing agencies. Through national recruiting campaigns and strategic mentorship, he helped new agents gain confidence, build their skills, and generate consistent income—all while staying rooted in integrity, service, and community connection.

Began my insurance career with Allstate. Served 15 years. Rotated through a special managers development program serving in every department. Promoted to Life sales manager, then headed up the Allstate Texas Mutual Funds initiative as a Registered Principal, then District Manager, then Manager of District Managers. The agents I worked with deserve all the credit for my success there.

MetLife 18 years
Recruited by MetLife and for 18 years became the top producing District Managers in Texas and one of the top producing Agencies in the company, 20th out of over 1000 districts. The agents I worked with deserve all the credit.
Retired and played more golf at the Galveston Country Club for a few years.
