Bonus Program
BONUSES are paid annually. All Bonuses are paid in March of the year following the year you achieved the BONUS. BONUSES are paid for the TOP 10% of PRODUCERS, TOP PRODUCERS, AGENCY MANAGERS (sponsor 3 agents on your line 1) , AGENCY MANAGER BRONZE(sponsor 6 agents on your line 1), AGENCY MANAGER SILVER (sponsor 9 agents on your line 1) and AGENCY MANAGER GOLD (sponsor 15 agents on your line 1).
